Joe F. Livingston, a proud Texan native, shares his life with his wonderful wife, Victoria, their four children and 11 grandchildren—the heartbeat of his devotion. Nestled in the vibrant Dallas/Ft. Worth Metroplex, Joe finds joy in the plethora of entertainment, sporting events, and diverse dining options that surround him.

Beyond his family life, Joe and his clan actively engage with their community through church, organizations, and various activities. A graduate of Grand Prairie High School in 1975 and the University of Texas at Arlington in 1983, Joe holds a wealth of educational achievements, including a degree from CBU, a Graduate of the Realtors Institute, and is a Certified Residential Specialist.

With a real estate journey that began in 1978 with the acquisition of his salesperson's license, Joe continued to ascend, obtaining his Real Estate Broker's License in 1981. As a seasoned professional, he brings a depth of knowledge to the industry.

A member of Inglewood Baptist Church and an Eagle Scout, B.S.A, Joe takes pride in his role as a Realtor and Broker/Associate for Century 21 Judge Fite Co., the largest family-owned and operated Century 21 Company in Texas. With an impressive 44 years in residential real estate, Joe blends his vast experience, personalized service, and modern technology to serve clients across 16 North Texas counties.
